Our products originates from China. We've done importing promotional products business for years. Imported items have low pricing advantage than domestic purchasing.

Are Samples Available?
Yes, we have samples available. Most items have physical samples. Some samples are free and all samples are stocked overseas. There is international shipping cost for samples. Please contact the sales rep to get that cost.

Do you charge e-proof?
No, we do not charge virtual proof. That's free. Please provide us vector format artwork and then we can make the proof for your reference.

Is EQP available?
Sorry, there is no EQP for our products. Because different quantity has different cost. More quantity has cheaper price.

Is there a minimum order on products?
Yes, each product has a minimum quantity. If you have request for quantity lower than our minimum, please feel free to contact us if that's possible and what is the cost.

Do you have rush service?
Yes, we have rush service. Please double check with sales rep for rush details before ordering.

Do you have stocks?
Yes, for many items, we have stocks. For stock details, please contact our sales rep before ordering.

Can I ask a product that you don't have on the web? Do you do custom product?
Yes, we can source additional items for you. There are over 1 million different promotional products available to us so it's difficult to get them all on our website! We would be happy to source a specific item for you.
We sure do custom product! We love working on new projects with our clients. If there's something specific you would like made for you, we would love to help.

Will your price match another promotional products companies quote?
If you have a better price elsewhere, send us the link or quote and we can see if we're able to match it for you. It's important to have this information so we can ensure we're quoting the same item with the same decoration options. Just let us have a try.

Do your products require tariffs? And if you have, what is that cost?
We have tariffs for most of items since the new tariff policy applies from 2025. And the tariff costs depends on many conditions. Different quantities, different items, different goods values will result in different amount. So please contact us for details, we'll list that tariff in our quote.

Can you ship to Canada, Puerto Rico?
Yes, we can. The default shipping is to US mainland. But we can also ship to other areas, the pricing will be a bit different. Just feel free to ask our team.
Ordering

How can I send my order?
You could send your order to orders@giftargetinc.com or to your sales rep who quotes this item previously.
Also you can send the order via our 'Order' button on the product website, just filled in your needs and upload your artwork via 'Choose File'.
We'll soon response to you with invoice, proof and all other order details.

How long can the order be delivered?
Each item will have different turnaround time. It depends on a lot of factors. For example, quantities, shipping methods, printing methods, custom situations and more. Please contact us to communicate directly with an expert who can provide effective suggestions for your situation.

Does the order start production if I agree with the proof?
No, except proof approval, prepayment is still needed before the production. We'll start production just after your proof approval & payment done.
Artwork

Will I receive an artwork proof prior to production?
Yes, once your order is placed our design team will begin working on your artwork. It is important to check over the proof for your promotional products before you approve your artwork. We'll start production upon your proof approvement.

What if I need to modify the artwork I submitted?
We offer unlimited artwork amendments. We want your promotional products to be exactly what you envisioned. If you’re not happy with the artwork approval we send you, let our team know what changes you have and we can revise your artwork.

What file format do I need to submit for my order?
An vector file is best when placing your order. We can accept .eps/.ai/.pdf vector format. Vector art file helps to print logo quite clearly.

What are the decoration options?
There are multiple ways we decorate our products including embroidery, screen printing, pad printing, offset printing, digital printing, heat transfer, sublimation, laser engraving and more. Different product will have different decoration options.

What if I have a multi-colored logo?
Many of our items include the pricing for a one color print as this is most economical. We can convert full color logos to one color. If you would prefer to keep your branding with multiple colors, our team can quote this for you if needed. If you're unsure, please contact our team and we can advise the best decoration method for your chosen product.

Can you match PMS color?
If the printing logo can be colored, we can match PMS Pantone color. While, for some printing methods cannot use PMS color, for example, laser engraving.
We do our best to very closely match PMS colors. However, an 100% exact match is not always possible.
Payment

What if I need to modify my order after payment?
Once stock has been arranged or artwork has been approved & payment made, it may not be possible to adjust your order as production may have already been scheduled and commenced. We will do our best to alter the order for you however we can not guarantee it will be possible after approval.
If you would like to change your order prior to artwork approval this is usually possible so please contact us ASAP to discuss.

Yes! You can get the virtual proof before payment. That's free.
Shipping

What are your shipping methods?
There are many shipping methods: express, rush express, air and boat shipment. They have different shipping time and delivered costs.
Our expert sale reps will provide you best shipping method for your order considering both time and cost.

What if I need to change my shipping address?
Please email to your sales rep or orders@giftargetinc.com as soon as you can if the delivery address displayed on your invoice is incorrect or needs to be changed.
As long as your order has not already been dispatched this will be ok.

We can split your order and ship to multiple locations. Each additional address will be charged at cost. Please contact your sales rep to confirm the final cost for multi-locations.
